We call you to confirm your reservation. We will give you the choice of paying in full over the phone or you can choose to pay when you check in. We will gather your included continental breakfast food choices (breakfast pastries, Orange or Apple Juice, these breakfast foods will be placed in your cottage. We will email you with driving directions, and how to find us once you arrive in town.

When you arrive at the prearranged check in time, you will park in the carport and walk through the glass door. You will enter the check in room and show your ID to us, then sign the check in sheet, pay for your stay (if not paid in advance) and receive the key to the cottage.

David, will then direct you to the Sara Rose cottage.

Please go to the binder on the bed and read further instructions on your stay. Unless otherwise requested, your check out time is 11:00 am.  

On your way out, you stop at the carport again, and place the key in the basket by the glass door.

This check in protocol, will be in effect when the season begins in 2023.
